2. No Health Data Collected

Purity North does not request, store, or process any health information, medical history, diagnostic data, or personal wellness details. We do not ask about your intended use of products beyond confirming research-only intent at checkout. Our systems are designed to avoid collecting sensitive personal information entirely.

3. Personal Information Retention

Order records (name, email, shipping address, items) are kept in our order database for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet Canadian tax record-keeping requirements (generally six years for transaction records). You may request deletion of personal details beyond what we are legally required to keep by emailing support@puritynorth.com.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties beyond what is strictly necessary to process and deliver your order:

  • Payment: we do not accept cards on this site. Interac e-transfer and cryptocurrency payments are arranged by email; the bank or wallet you use handles your payment data under its own policy.
  • Shipping carriers: Name and address shared with Canada Post or courier partners solely for delivery purposes.

5. Cookie Usage

We use first-party cookies only:

  • ageVerified: Set after you confirm you are 18+ via our age-gate page. This cookie persists for one year and contains no personal data — only a boolean flag.

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, aggregate page-view measurement that does not identify individual visitors. We do not use advertising cookies or fingerprinting.
