1. Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories via Canada Post and approved courier partners:
- Standard shipping: Ships via Courier or Canada Post Xpresspost. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping (where available): Next-business-day courier options are offered at checkout for select postal codes. Peptide orders shipped expedited include cold-chain packaging with gel packs to maintain stability in transit.
2. Processing Time
Orders paid and confirmed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays) are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders after the cutoff or on weekends begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.
3. Free Shipping Threshold
Standard shipping is free on all orders of $200 CAD or more (before tax). This undercuts most Canadian competitors' $300 free-ship thresholds and applies to combined peptide and lab supply subtotals. Expedited shipping rates are discounted but not fully waived at the free-shipping threshold.
4. International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. All shipments originate from Ontario, Canada and are delivered within Canadian borders only. This policy may change in the future; updates will be posted on this page and communicated to our mailing list.
5. Return Policy
- Lab supplies (syringes, swabs, bacteriostatic water): Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original sealed packaging with no signs of tampering or use. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective.
- Peptides: Due to temperature sensitivity, batch-specific potency verification, and regulatory considerations surrounding peptide compounds, all sales of peptides are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for peptide products under any circumstances once shipped.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or visibly compromised in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and affected product. We will evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis and offer either:
- A replacement shipment at no additional cost (same batch if available, or next verified batch)
- A full refund to your original payment method
Do not discard damaged items until we have confirmed receipt of your claim. For peptide products, please refrigerate any partially intact product while awaiting our response.
