All products sold through this website are strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any clinical application. By placing an order, you affirm that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or institutional buyer and will use all purchased compounds solely in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing research activities.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to access this site or make a purchase. By verifying your age through our age-gate system, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18.

4. No Medical Claims

Purity North makes no medical claims about any product sold through this platform. Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, or medicines. They have not been evaluated by Health Canada or the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality in a clinical context. Product descriptions provide analytical and chemical information only; they do not constitute health advice, treatment recommendations, or endorsements of therapeutic use.

5. Refund Policy

• Peptides: Due to the nature of peptide products (temperature sensitivity, batch-specific potency, and regulatory considerations), all sales of peptides are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for peptide orders.
• Lab Supplies: Unopened laboratory supplies may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging for a full refund. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purity North shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, research time, or any personal injury claims. Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
